- Any order placed with Luxuriant Hair and Co. is non-refundable.
- We offer exchanges for items up to three business days after receiving order and hair must be in its original condition . Once order has been received for exchange, you will have to undergo the original process and shipping terms.
- Items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
- Please keep records of your exchange tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.
